A LITTLE ABOUT ME THE OWNER AND FOUNDER OF AS BEFORE

I have always wanted to make a difference it just took a tragic accident with my own cows to find my passion for medical tattooing. The cows in question were animals I had put my blood, sweat, and tears into, successfully breeding my own pedigree bloodline. From the age of 15, I had saved up all my money from working three jobs during COVID. My main jobs were working on two different farms to get my cows. This was also just a few months before I had to leave school early due to my dyslexia and a really tough time in education. The night that changed my life was when I accidentally got run over by one of my cows while trying to bring her in from the field one evening. My cow, Darleine, kicked me in the face after I fell, and I had to go straight to the hospital to get checked over. I spent two nights in hospital and underwent some plastic surgery. I was on the road to recovery, but I had a concern that my scar would stay very red and visible. The thought of having to explain how and why I got the scar pushed me to look for answers something that could help my confidence and ease my worries. That’s when I found medical tattooing and decided to train in it, to help others like me, sitting in an A&E room, worrying about what the outcome could be.
